I feel that it would be in the best interest in the future to have the Hall closed in the winter months to all events in a effort to save on expenses, we can talk this over at the next meeting.

The Swap Meet is coming up and once again, getting the word out will determine its success so let’s work on spreading the word, Paul is taking the reservations for tables.

Due to the conditions at the Hall with the existing snow and more coming for next week I am canceling the meeting for February.
