Plymouth Hometown Thanksgiving Parade

ATTENTION COMPANY!

The America's hometown Parade is this coming Saturday in Plymouth, MA.Our assembly point will be the open field at the corner of Court St. and Robbins St.You can park there. The parade steps off at exactly 11:00. Court Street WILL BE CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC at precisely 10:45 AM. There will be no exceptions after that and auto traffic up Court Street beyond the barricade will be solely at the discretion of the officer after 10:30. The field fills up fast and ...we have some organizational and safety things to go through before we step off. The parking at the field will fill up fast so, plan on being there at 9:30 AM. I have the flags already and we will need 2 flag bearers as well as armed privates to march. This is a parade in which we fire. I will have a couple of pounds of powder and some tins of caps with me for individuals that need them. $15.00 a can for powder, $5.00 for caps. Plan on dressing warm as the forecast is saying the temperature will be in the mid 40's.Please let us know if you are planning on marching and let me know if anybody needs any company gear so I can get it Friday night.
