Hanson and Pembroke Memorial Day Parades

ATTENTION COMPANY! Monday, May 25 will be Memorial Day. We have the annual parade in Hanson in the morning and the Pembroke parade in the afternoon. Assemble at the Indian Head School, Hanson MA. at 8:00 AM. The address for the Hanson assembly point is 720 Indian Head Street, Hanson, MA. Both the Hanson & Pembroke parades are paid events for us. Please come out to remember those who served and made the ultimate sacrifice for our country especially the men whom we portray. Memorial day was after all originally known as Decoration Day and it was begun to honor the men that fought to save the union during the Civil War.

There will also be a 1-day living history encampment on May 26 at the Powder House in Newburyport, MA. Anyone wishing to attend on their own, please contact Pvt. Bruce Menin.
